  • What happens if I cancel?

Recurring billing subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Doing so will mean that there will be no future re-bills that will be charged to your account. However, if you want to cancel your membership plan, you should do it before the date your subscription ends so you will not be charged for the next month.

  • I want to cancel in the middle of the month, do I pay only half of my membership fee?

Our monthly subscription starts at the date you subscribed, and after a month will be re-billed for the next month. This is to avoid any possible discrepancies and confusions with bill payments on your part as a member. With this regard, we encourage you to cancel days before the date your subscription ends in order to fully get the most benefit out of your site membership.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

If you want to cancel your subscription with us, you can do so by contacting ClickBank Customer Service System for immediate assistance.

  • What happens if there is a card validation failure?

In the event that your credit card becomes invalid, ClickBank will deliver up to four notifications requesting a new credit card data. These notifications are delivered once a week. If there is no response after the fourth notice, the subscription purchase is automatically canceled.

  • What happens if my credit card has insufficient funds?

In the event that your credit card cannot support the payment request, ClickBank will send an authorization again three days after the first failure date. After a second failure, you will receive another authorization four days after the second failure date. After a third failure, ClickBank will try once more seven days after the third failure date. A fourth failure will lead to an automatic cancellation of your subscription purchase, whether it involves the product, or the membership offer from our site.

  • What happens when I sign up for the Membership subscription plan offer with unavailable date timing for recurring payment?

There are times when you have a subscription payment scheduled for a day that does not occur in a given month. For instance, you signed up on the 31st of March and next month, April, only has 30 days, the bill will occur on the last available day of that month. Thereafter, the next payments will fall on the newly established day of the month which is 30th.



  • What happens if I forgot my login info?

  • How can I be so sure that all my payment transactions are secure in this website?

  • Can I transfer my membership to another email or a different person?

No. Membership is purely for individual use. Sharing or transferring of membership is not supported by our site.
